When you book a class, purchase a membership or class series, request a studio rental, or contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number and, for purchases, payment details. Bookings and payments are processed by our scheduling and payment provider, WellnessLiving, under its own privacy policy. Our contact form is provided by Zoho Forms.
How We Use It
We use your information to reserve your spot in class, manage your membership or series, respond to your inquiries, send class reminders and studio updates, and keep the studio safe. If you have told us about an injury or physical limitation, we share it only with the instructor teaching your class.
Marketing Messages
We may email or text you about new classes, schedule changes and offers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing us.
Cookies & Analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the booking system working and to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect online booking.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the studio (scheduling, payments, email and website hosting), and when required by law.
Your Choices
You can review and update your account details in the member portal, or ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. California residents may also exercise their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act by contacting us.
